🏀In this workout, The Transition coaching staff trains a group of FIBA international pros and NCAA post players — Babatunde Akingbola, Austin Johnson, and O'Neill Connolly — through advanced Zoom action concepts used across the NBA, EuroLeague, and high-level college basketball.
This dynamic session covers:
Handling the ball in transition as a big
Executing dribble handoff (DHO) techniques with timing and pace
Short roll reads vs multiple defensive coverages
Defensive responsibilities within Zoom action
